Liquid Scrubbers

Modular design allows for easy connection in a series of additional units for jobs with extreme vapor loads or higher efficiency requirements.

These scrubbers save you money on carbon usage and disposal cost of the spent carbon. In addition, the encapsulating solution is food-grade/green product.

550 Gallon Wet Scrubber/3,500 lb. Carbon Scrubber:

Perfect for capturing VOCs/vapors coming off liquid ring/combo rig exhaust (5,500 CFM).
Zero backpressure is created with this scrubber, which makes it perfect for degassing vessels, tanks, wastewater streams, etc.
PROVEN results with VOC capture/control.
Each scrubber module has an 8' x 5' footprint. Overall height is ~ 11.5'.
Scrubber internals are tested and proven for the best scrubbing results, which keep you in compliance with MSS regulations.
Skid- or trailer-mounted systems, with flame arrestors, pressure gauges/relief valves, and temp gauges continued.

135 Series 700 CFM Counterflow Scrubber System:

6.8' x 4'
2" blower system is used to either push or pull exhaust through liquid atomization mist created inside the scrubber system.
Atomization is produced from the spray system nozzles.
Scrubbing systems with atomization nozzles are proven to scrub at a 99.8% efficiency when combined with our vapor suppressant.
